Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the basket. After you have finished your selection, click on View Basket then Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.You may then “send your order” via our secure server or print out your order and Fax, E Mail or Post it to us with your payment.

Security

Our store site facility uses 128 bit encryption Supplied by Secure Hosting Ltd a Thwate registered company. The strongest commercially available level of encryption. All your private data will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. You should see a solid padlock in your browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place. Security for the site is maintained by Andrew Forrest

Guarantee

We guarantee to provide you with the most suitable products to deal with the problem based on our experience, however, we have no control over the end user application of the products.

Unwanted goods

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 8 days of receipt of the goods. The product if shipped must be returned to us in its original form, unused and including all packaging, if possible, and at your expense, whether or not packaged. We will refund the full cost of the item (not carriage costs) less 10% re-stocking fee, within 30 days. Please e mail, BEFORE you return any products. The Trap Man are happy to answer any e mail questions you might have.You may also leave a fax. Faulty goods

If you wish to return faulty goods you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods, for a full refund or replacement. We accept sterling cheques (drawn on a UK bank account, made payable to Bins-n-Benches Ltd))
Visa, delta, switch, and Master card
B.A.C.s payments (we will e mail our account details after we receive you order)
Postal orders (made payable to Bins-n-Benches Ltd)

Complaints Procedure

We take complaints very seriously and thus if you have a complaint you are advised to contact CigBin.com by e mail in the first instance In the case of e mail complaints your query will be dealt with within 2 (two) working days of receipt of that mail. We will keep you informed by e-mail, telephone or fax if you have left a number while we investigate your complaint. Giving a timescale for the expected satisfactory conclusion.

Shipping and handling, Post and packing

Is not included in the price and is calculated by weight or volume and added on the order form for all UK mainland destinations, other destinations (worldwide) will be quoted a Shipping and Handling cost before despatch

Despatch

We aim to despatch your order the next working day from receiving your order if we have the items available

Delivery

Medium sized orders are sent with City Link or Anc.
Large orders are sent via Palletways or Haulier.
A signature will be required on delivery

Delivery will be between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (not UK public holidays)

NOTE We only attempt delivery twice, further attempts or changes of delivery address after despatch will be charged at cost.

If you are not going to be in to receive the delivery have it delivered to someone that will be in or your work address or state where the driver can leave the parcel safe
Delivery charge is calculated on item weight or volume.

Up to 2 kilos £6.25
Over 2 Kilos and under 5 Kilos £6.99
Over 5 Kilos and under 20 Kilos £10.00
Over 20 Kilos = FREE UK Mainland delivery

Delivery to other countries is available and an approximate charge is shown in the basket for European deliveries please ask for a quote for countries outside the EU

Delivery Schedule

You will normally receive your order in 1-3 working days from order, however, some items may from time to time take longer. In these cases we will contact you to advise you on the situation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Back Orders

We aim to keep ALL products in stock In the unlikely event your chosen item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will not be charged until your order is ready for despatch. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is not included in the price.

All data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not use your submitted information for any Marketing Purposes by ourselves or any third party. All data transmitted at the time of your order, or collected via e-mail forms from you (the customer) by us (CigBin.com) are used only for the processing of your order or answering questions you have made. Invoices are printed and saved in paper format for Inland Revenue tax purposes only, in accordance with UK Law. Data held at our secure server is automatically deleted after 2 months. Privacy for the site is maintained by Andrew Forrest
